Here at Lazul Agency, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our employees and clients is a core value that holds our organization together. In light of the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking comprehensive action to ensure we’re doing our part in flattening the curve. Below you will find the most important changes we’ve made to our internal and external workflows to accomplish this goal.
Remote Work (WFH)
Because of the nature of our work as a design and development agency, we have a particular advantage when it comes to implementing work-from-home scenarios. While we’re fortunate to be able to transition so seamlessly to a fully remote workforce, we’ve adjusted how some of our day-to-day tasks take place. At Lazul Agency, the following changes are currently in effect:
- All employees, including executives, are working from home
- All freelance partners will remain on the team
- Any in-person internal or client meetings are cancelled indefinitely and being substituted with Zoom calls
These modifications to our workflow will remain in effect until October 1, 2020 and may be extended beyond that date if necessary.
During this time, we realize the needs of our clients may have changed to reflect shifts in economic standing and other impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. We want to reassure you that despite the obstacles in the way, we’re still available to serve all of your web development and digital product needs.
Our hours (Mon – Fri: 9 AM – 5 PM EST) are not changing at this time, and we don’t foresee them changing in the future.
